On visiting Banyuwangi for a close friend's wedding, my friend and I decided to visit Ijen Crater to view the spectacular blue fire. On the night of the tour, with lack of sleep, we did not know what to expect so we were apprehensive to say the least. But, thanks to Dino, our tour guide, going to Ijen Crater became one our unforgettable moments when visiting Indonesia. Thank you Dino for encouraging and motivating us when we tired of climbing the steep, narrow pathway to the Crater. Giving us precious information and history about the Crater, the surrounding area and Indonesia. Especially for helping me with my fear of heights, climbing up and down the boulders - I don't think I would have got to see the blue fire. Overall, being great company. All in all, this tour was an forever lasting experience we will not forget. If you want this type of experience, this tour is for you!
